I went to see the Andy Warhol exhibit yesterday.
The images of Debbie Harry turned out to be my favorite. The images of Princess Caroline of Monaco were a close second.
To my surprise I learned that the reason we went to the fashion show below was because we were to photograph the dresses in our next shoot. I couldn't have been more excited! Josipa had walked in the show and was familiar with how the designer (Georges Chakra) wishes to have his cloths seen. We shot in the daylight studio at Le Studio here in Paris. I could get very used to this life style my friends!

This was my first, quote unquote, fashion show. And, in Paris no less! I am very happy to share the images I shot during the event. My goal is to be photographing the shows next fashion week here in Paris this coming Fall.
I got to choose the model we ended up photographing with my selected group. She is signed to Karin Models here in Paris. She was very kind and a pleasure to photograph. She has been on the cover of Harpers Bazar and told me that she is currently living between Paris, Milan and London. Amazing! I hope to work with her again someday very soon!

I am currently with Steven Silverstein (photographer) and 13 other young photographer learning the ropes here in Paris.
I'm on my way to my first fashion shoot in the streets of Paris. No doubt it will be amazing! I can't tell you how happy I am that I did this for myself. Its magical. The people that are in this group are all as open and present as one could hope for and Steven is a fountain of useful information. His wife Gina is also an important presence. I see now the steps that need to be taken. It is overwhelming in the best way possible. I have never felt so happy to be in the world. I am learning so much about photography and myself. I am meeting life long friends and Paris feels like home.
